Kristi

Office Manager

Kristi has worked in dentistry since 2001, beginning her career in a truly unique way—by spending time in the dental chair. After catching up on overdue dental work, she was inspired to join the field herself and started working for her own dentist. Because she grew up without access to regular dental care, Kristi understands what it’s like to put off treatment. Today, she’s passionate about helping patients prioritize their oral health, offering compassion, education, and encouragement every step of the way.

Originally from Leadville, Colorado, and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Kristi brings both warmth and professionalism to her role as Office Manager. She loves building lasting relationships with patients and takes pride in being part of a highly experienced and caring team at Campbell Dental. One of her favorite things about working with Dr. Campbell is his calm, gentle nature and the way he creates a relaxed environment for patients.

Outside the office, Kristi enjoys arts and crafts, baking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She feels that she is now the age to watch birds and play pickle ball. She is married to Jon, whom she met at the dental office, and is the proud mom of two amazing daughters who are both in college.

Emilie

Patient Coordinator

Emilie has been working in dental administration since 2015 and brings a genuine passion for patient care to Campbell Dental. She loves connecting with patients and helping them feel confident about their smiles. One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing smile transformations and taking the stress out of the insurance process—making visits as smooth and positive as possible.

Outside the office, Emilie enjoys spending quality time with her two children, Henry and Madelyn. She also has a creative side and pursues photography in her spare time. A big believer in the saying “Teamwork makes the dream work,” Emilie feels right at home at Campbell Dental. To her, it’s more than just a workplace—it’s a supportive, welcoming environment led by a fantastic team and strong leadership.

Valerie

Dental Hygienist

Having graduated from hygiene school in 2005, her journey as a dental hygienist has been deeply fulfilling. While there are numerous aspects of her profession that she holds dear, what truly resonates with her is the opportunity to forge genuine connections with her patients. She derives immense satisfaction from educating them about their dental needs, empowering them to prioritize their oral health effectively.

In her personal life, she has is immensely grateful for the 19 years of marriage that she shares with her husband, Hunter. Together, they are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Emery and Brylynn. Their family finds fulfillment in active involvement with the church community and in supporting the Round Rock schools attended by their daughters.

Amidst their busy lives, they cherish moments of respite, often escaping to Pagosa Springs, Colorado. That is where they revel in the joys of skiing during the winter months and fishing amidst the serene beauty of summer. These shared experiences serve as cherished moments of connection and rejuvenation for the family.

Stephanie

Dental Hygienist

Stephanie has been a dedicated part of the dental field since 2007 and has been serving our patients at Campbell Dental since 2018. With nearly two decades of experience, she brings a gentle, thorough approach to patient care and has a gift for making people feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Her passion for dentistry is rooted in the relationships she’s built over the years—many of her patients feel more like friends, and she loves watching families grow and change over time.

Born and raised in Austin, Stephanie is proud to be serving the community she grew up in. Her familiarity with the area and her deep roots help create a welcoming, down-to-earth experience for her patients. She’s known in the office for her calm presence that puts even the most anxious patients at ease.

Outside of work, Stephanie stays busy with her beautiful family. She and her husband Mike, who she married in 2002, have three wonderful kids—two girls and a boy—who keep life fun and full of energy. Their family also includes Sunny, a spunky little Yorkie who rules the house. Whether they’re out enjoying a day at the lake, cheering on their kids at activities, or just relaxing at home, family time is Stephanie’s favorite time.

She is also actively involved in her local church community. Stephanie loves to stay active—running is one of her go-to ways to unwind and clear her head. She believes in finding balance between work and life and tries to bring that same mindset to her patients by encouraging healthy habits and preventative care.

For Stephanie, working at Campbell Dental feels like being part of a second family. She’s proud to be part of a team that values kindness, compassion, and top-quality care. Being able to work alongside Dr. Campbell and a group of supportive, skilled professionals makes every day feel purposeful and rewarding.

Stephanie attained her dental hygiene qualifications through dedicated study at Austin Community College, honing her skills in the realm of oral care. She finds immense joy in sharing her knowledge with patients, working alongside them to foster better oral health outcomes. Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie treasures precious moments with her husband, Mike, and their three children, Eliana, Olivia, and Levi. She finds relaxation and fulfillment in nature, enjoys staying active through fitness activities, and finds purpose in giving back to her community through volunteering at her church.

Ashley

Dental Hygienist

Ashley joined our office in 2024, bringing with her over two decades of experience in dental hygiene since beginning her career in 2000. Originally from Thorndale, Ashley is passionate about helping patients feel at ease and building lasting connections—many of her patients have become cherished friends over the years.

Known for her contagious laugh, warm smile, and exceptional organization skills, Ashley creates a welcoming and calm environment for everyone she meets. Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening and tends to a beautiful greenhouse filled with plants and flowers.

Ashley is married to Jacob and is the proud mom of Maverick and Lexi. Her son plays baseball, and she loves cheering him on and spending quality time with her family. Their home is full of love, energy, and furry friends—including three dogs and a cat.

Vanessa

Dental Assistant

With 25 years of experience as a dental assistant, Vanessa brings both skill and heart to the Campbell Dental team. Her calm demeanor and genuine care for each patient help create a welcoming and supportive environment. Originally from El Paso, Texas, Vanessa is bilingual and uses her ability to connect with patients from all backgrounds to help ease dental anxiety and make each visit a positive experience.

Over the years, Vanessa has built lasting relationships with the families she serves. One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing young patients grow up, return with families of their own, and continue their care with us—sometimes even becoming grandparents along the way! For Vanessa, these ongoing connections are what make her work truly meaningful.

Outside of the office, Vanessa is a proud mom to three wonderful kids who keep her life full and lively. She enjoys spending her free time reading, cooking, and crafting—especially when it comes to making handmade gifts and creative projects. Her kitchen is often filled with the aromas of her favorite homemade Mexican dishes, which she loves sharing with friends and family.

Vanessa is passionate about helping others feel at ease and believes that kindness and compassion are key to great care. She’s proud to be part of a team that shares those values and is grateful to work in a place that feels like home.

Jessica

Dental Assistant

Jessica has been passionate about cosmetic and general dentistry since 2011. Growing up on the north side of Austin, TX, she was naturally drawn to the dental field because of its unique blend of science, art, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on people’s lives. With over a decade of experience, she brings both skill and compassion to her role, working hard to ensure that each patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smile.

Jessica truly believes that a beautiful, healthy smile can change a person’s outlook and self-esteem, and she feels privileged to be a part of that journey for so many of our patients. Whether she’s assisting during a procedure or answering questions to ease a patient’s nerves, she always strives to make every visit a positive and stress-free experience.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys a busy and fun-filled life with her husband, Andy, their energetic son, Hamilton, and their two lovable dogs, Hank and Ruthy. Family time often includes outdoor adventures, backyard barbecues, and cheering on their favorite sports teams. A fun fact that surprises many—Jessica is an expert roller skater! It’s a hobby that’s stuck with her since childhood, and she still finds time to lace up her skates whenever she can.

When you walk into our office, you can always count on being greeted by Jessica’s warm and friendly smile. She’s not just passionate about dentistry—she’s passionate about people, and it shows in everything she does.
