This patient had severely worn, chipped and stained incisors, and he desired more attractive front teeth so that he could smile again. We whitened the teeth prior to the procedure in order to obtain the best shade to match the new restorations. We utilized six anterior porcelain veneers to improve the color and shape of his teeth in order to achieve maximum esthetics. |

This patient had two existing porcelain/metal crowns on the central incisors and had wear on the right/left canines and right lateral incisor as well as a small left lateral incisor. The patient desired an improved esthetic smile. We replaced the two existing crowns with full coverage all porcelain crowns and used porcelain veneers on the canines and lateral incisors in order to achieve maximum esthetics. |

This patient desired improved esthetics through the replacement of her old amalgam or “silver” fillings. Over the years these can become increasingly dark and discolored. This can be achieved by replacing them with composite or “tooth colored” fillings. Most of the time the fillings are quite simple to replace, but some very large amalgam fillings may require a more extensive restoration to properly treat the tooth. |

This patient had trauma to the right lateral and central incisors. The damage was significant enough on the central incisor to require a more extensive restoration than the lateral incisor, so we utilized two different approaches to solve this problem. We used composite bonding on the lateral incisor to replace the missing tooth structure and a porcelain veneer on the central incisor to achieve maximum esthetics. |
